Shipping Policy

We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Commission pieces will take longer as are specially made, and the timescale will have been discussed with you.

Any orders over £120 will receive Free Shipping

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 2nd Class Royal Mail flat rate shipping to UK only

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do not accept returns on commission orders, or personalised items.
